About Rory

I make my home in the central part of the Garden State along with my family. When I'm not working as an Instructional Designer (focusing mostly on Web-Based learning ... and other eLearning technologies) or researching something, I'm found at home playing computer or video games. Among other things, I volunteer as a choir member and catechist for 8th graders at my parish.

I recently stumbled across your blog postings on offshoring training development. I’m a contributing editor to Training magazine ( and am currently working on a feature story for Training’s global issue on the topic of “Overseas Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiation.”

I’m wondering if you would be interested in doing a telephone interview some time this week or next to discuss your own training offshoring experiences. The goal is to share lessons learned, tips and best practices with those interested in doing something similar. Some of the questions I’d like to ask include the following (see below).

Just let me know if you are interested and, if so, what day/time would work best for you.

    Thanks so much.
